Avoid These Common Mistakes

A big part of success is avoiding simple mistakes.

For leaders these include, but are not limited, to:

• Do not hire or partner with those who are not competent nor aligned with you.
• Do not do anything unethical.
• Do not waste time (or allow others on the team to waste time) with low ROI activities.
• Do not take your eye off your most important metrics. (These are usually profits, net income, cash flow, or revenue from key customers.)

There are many good things a leader should be doing. Don’t dilute your business results with making mistakes that are easily avoided.
