Charlie Munger, Warren Buffet’s partner at Berkshire Hathaway, passed away this week at the age of 99. People loved him because of his deep insights and cutting wit. He was what he was and nobody could ever excuse him of not being genuine.

Just like there are a million ways to make a million dollars, there are an infinite number of ways to be a successful leader.

Everyone has their own style. There is no “one” way. The key to being a successful You is being the best possible version of You. The mediocre You will not cut it. The scared, shy, insecure, or people pleasing You won’t work either. A watered-down, undisciplined or irresolute version of You is also a non-starter.
