Dad—you Got Fat

“Dad, you got fat.” So said my loving daughter after a regrettable “bulking” strategy gone wrong. (She also helpfully poked me in the middle, just in case I missed her point.) Outside perspective can sting, but if it comes from a place of real concern and trust, totally worth it.
