And the improvement can come the instant you decide. You don’t need to learn these things. You can make a clear decision for how you want to be and how you want to show up.
I am all for learning. We can all enjoy higher levels of success with new and improved skills. But don’t forget the great improvements that are available to you and your team by simply deciding.
Make some great decisions about where you want to be better. Make some great decision about how you want to show up. Then commit to make that same decision every day. I guarantee you will see improvements and I guarantee you will wish you had decided sooner.
