I am not commenting if this is the right approach or not with China. But it is an example of an attempt at corrective action. It is an example of trying to get to the heart of the matter and fixing it. In your business, are you getting to the heart of the matter? Is there something important to you that is being mishandled with accommodation, avoidance, ignoring, or compromising when more assertive action is being called for?
