How is this different from other team building approaches?

What is the time commitment?

Program length can be in a “quick start” or full year format. However, the usage of TIME (your team’s most valuable resource) is carefully monitored. Meeting agendas are tight, focused, and impact-driven.

The process can accomodate both small and large teams and is easily scalable to include extended teams.

What types of teams is this program ideal for?
